Which courthouse
Where the arrest happened, not where the person lives. Mississauga arrests go to Brampton; Markham, Vaughan and Aurora arrests go to Newmarket; Ajax, Pickering and Whitby go to Oshawa. [verify]
Weekend arrests
Each region runs weekend bail court, often by video from the division or detention centre. [verify per region] The surety may need to be reachable by phone rather than present.
Detention centres
